As I'm not good with wood working, I found an easier way to make molds for vacuum forming.
I'm making molds out of polyester resin.
1 - Make a draw over a thick foam piece and cut it making a mold.
2 - Make a "bed" to hold the foam mold. You must attach the mold to the bottom, because if not, it will float when pouring the silicon.
3 - Put liquid silicon in the free spaces.
4 - After the silicon is curated, remove the foam.
5 - Put liquid polyester resin or epoxy (I used polyester because it is cheaper) in the form.
6 - Wait for the resin cure and remove the piece, remove eventual excesses and sand it.
Next time I will use wood to hold the mold in place because the plastic tends to melt during resin curing due to high temperatures and this can move the desired mold from correct places and dimentions.
