Can any one tell me what kind of adhesive to use on Lexan. I am planning to put a Tesoro Compadre in a water proof box made of Lexan... thanx

Use adhesive with Methylene Chloride in it similar to the chem.component in Paint stripper.watch your PPE for yourself? is hazardous. for Acrylic sheet use to use Chloroform to soften an bond the edges together.again PPE!

Lexan is available in two types:-
Lexan Plexiglass Acrylic and Lexan Polycarbonate
If you are using Plexiglass then the suggestions given in previous posts should be fine.
I have also used plexiglass shavings dissolved in acetone as a cement but
it is not very good , but it does fill gaps.
Lexan Polycarbonate can be glued with a solvent called isophorone ( 3,5,5-trimethylcyclohex 2 enone ) .This solvent is usually found in cements for uPVC Pressure Pipes for mains pressure water. See example at
        http://www.wolseley.co.uk product code F09922

A workshop manual on Plexiglass / Perspex ( in the U.K ) including suitable cements can be found at :-
        http://www.gcip.co.uk/pdf/perspexmanual.pdf

        Hope this is helpfull
