ANOTHER UNIVERSAL OSCILLATOR

Hi.
I found this old circuit which somebody would like to try.
It features a regeneration control ( VR1 ) the idea being that the pot is calibrated and the dynamic resistance of the circuit can be measured.
The setup procedure for R2 is to find a resistor (+- 50-80k ) so when VR1 is fully clockwise
the circuit will just stop oscillating.

Oscillator not working

Hi
I have tried this oscillator on veroboard and despite checking everything it does not do what it supposed to do.
Unless you are experimentally inclined best do not build until there is some more feedback.
Maybe this post can be removed later I just don't know how.
