Help identify this part please.

I used a plastic clamp on my Bandido to mount the box to the upper rod. It works great but I only have the one. It came from an old "signal booster" for a Whites detector. It went in-line with the coil cable and clamped right to the pole. Someone gave it to me a long time ago because it didn't work. Anyway, I am hoping that someone will recognize it as a common piece of hardware used in some other way.

Looks like something of the vacuum cleaner

I'd go to a hardware store and check for tubing supports or wall clamps of some kind.
