after arrival. solder mosfet and HV diode on board. clear pads by alhocol. check by magnifier 6x-10x the soldering points, they have not to be closed.
test PCB on table with small coil 300-550mH and power supply 12V. all pots have to be set in marked position. then after success collect it in a housing.

guys i repeat some things again.
If you want to use Delta Pulse with just small coil (like the video).
You can tune FIRST DELAY to its minimal 12-15us. Change C4 to 820-910pF. R7 to 7.5k.
Change C5 to 1nF to decrease a STROBES' WIDTH to 20-25us.
Tune frequency to 300pps. Change C1 to 10nF and R1 to 160-180k.

ALWAYS IS ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE. so if you want to take the pcb take for MINUS or PLUS power supply tracks.
close all pots by one naked wire and connect this wire to especial point on board,
take just for this wire at first.

i do not want open new thread on the subject because my english is zeroed.
follow this simple rule. CMOS chips is afraid the HV ESF discharge onto the way 'your hands <---> CMOS pins'.
