Geotech website Attachment Limits for Photos (Maximum file size, pixel width and height.)

Can someone please tell me, or direct me to, the maximum limits for photo attachments (Max. file size, pixel width and height) permitted by this website?

There are no pixel size limits.

When I select the 'add attachments' tab, I see a list of the permitted file-types and their size limits, maybe it's browser-dependant.

@Carl : would it be sensible to increase the .rar size limit to 3MB, the same as .zip ? I've never attached a rar, so it's not a personal request, it just seems sense.
( I remember when .jpg and .jpeg had vastly different limits, I pointed out the discrepancy to George, now they are the same.)
