These are single channel 200KHZ (looks to port) imaging side scan sonars. This unit takes photo like images using sound waves for wreck hunting, search and recovery, fish structure locating. Unit has a quality consumer echosounder (records GPS and image data to media cards)with built in B&W 480 X 480 pixel display. Has a 42 inch long adjustable angle PVC towfish with side scan imaging transducer, 100 ft tow cable, dual inline microprocessor, GPS sensor. Every effort has been made to keep costs down, so the PVC towfish is not painted and has crude finish. The built in display is adaquate to show various targets in real time, but the recorded files when played back on your computer have very high resolution. When used with the GPS logging will show boat position and range to target with the click of your mouse on the image. These recorded files can be colorized, enhanced etc.
