one model was sent outside of Whites Electronics, to Texas, to be tested. It ran at 1.782 kHz frequency, which is doggone low frequency. It was taken to Padre Island, to be tested in the shore of the water and sand. I have it as well. I have the 1974 Whites Factory schematic, and am sticking it here. I had Carl Moreland search Whites Electronics for the early George Payne factory schematics, and he said he could not find any. I think Ken White Sr, had them all removed and destroyed, after George Payne left Whites Electronics employment, and opened his own metal detector business. I fact I know that for a fact! But a former Whites Electronics engineer, was trading factory schematics with myself before he died. He had worked at Whites Electronics back then, grabbed some of the VLF schematics, before they were destroyed by Ken White Sr...So here above, is the 1974 Whites Electronics factory schematic of the machine that would be taken to Padre Island, and tested. It runs at the low frequency of 1.782 kHz frequench... The schematic even has the Wave Forms depicted on it and I enhanced it for extreme clarity...Well, it is not featured below it is above this information. It is called CM5, for Coin Master 5... But in 1975, it was officially released, and was called Whites Electroics V Supreme.
It was tested, and slightly modified. I have this 1974 schematic which was slightly modified, and am sticking it here right below again... That is if it will let me post it here. It is marked PATENT PENDING, which means a submission for a patent was issued to the Patent Office... Now in the meantime, an model was being tested at Padre Island......I am going to look for that Padre Island test, and If I find where I stored it, I will stick it in this posting!!!!! Yippkie ki yea, it is right below.......
