    i dont understand Coil connection TX and RX

    is that is dual coil or mono coil connection

    The diagram you attached shows the connections for a mono coil. It actually says that in the diagram.
    See Fig. 7 in the Build Document if you want to use a balanced coil.

            This is an induction balanced coil, although a PI does not necessarily need the coils to be balanced.
