whites prizm 1v dd coil

Hi
Id like to make a D-D coil for this machine, its a good allrounder as it is with its 950 cirmetric coil but i know his has bags more potential with a 10" D-D
Can anyone tell me wether this machine uses a tuned coil IE: components within the coil or not.
Any imfomation please like plug connections etc greatfully recevied, also the frequency would be handy, i beleave it to be around the 6-7khz range but not sure.

The coils are untuned, no components other than the windings. The connector is a 5-pin microphone style, commonly available. Frequency is 8.192kHz.
