D i c k's blog is a wonderful read. Always entertaining, sometimes poignant. I've read a quite a few posts and watched some videos concerning these "detector wars" where Brand A is compared to Brand B and the test results conclusively show that A is better. Except that they don't. It is so easy so slightly manipulate a test to make a detector look good or bad, and I'm convinced that some people don't even know they're doing it. Anyway, I'm a firm believer in "use what you like" and don't worry about what other people say.

x(x) years ago when the forum was not divided into "normal" and "lrl" part; there were a lot of arguments.
Very "fat" words fell there.
And then Carl introduced "censored words".
I remember then that I was thinking about countless ways how to cheat the engine and write a word without "****..." instead of it being written on the post later.
It was a party of sorts!
And today... who would have thought that I would miss those times!
Today, it doesn't even make sense to argue on the forum anymore.
