There is a clone of this pinpointer called Tini13MD. You can find information here: http://www.md4u.ru/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=9700

The author states that pinpoynter is based on Q METER, and Gnomes taken only the basic idea. These are 7 pages in Russian. You should can use Google translator.
Basic information about GnomM is here: http://www.radiodom.org/index/pinpoi...nom_m_quot/0-8

The author Gnome has developed a program Tini13. I have not visited those pages and I missed it.

                Ripsdevala,
Check pins of transistors. Somewhere along the texts I've read that there is a transistor that must be soldered upside down. I do not remember exactly where I read it, but it is possible that the reason the board you can not work.
Does your computer only USB ports arranged?

This is a simple programmer for com port. It is designed for programming ATini2313, but can be processed for ATini13. Use it as a template and do it. It works great with the Pony prog.

Yes this is the same, but take note that of +5 volts must be submitted by an external source. For example USB port on your computer, battery, or other power supplay.

Remains CPU to be damaged. Do you have another new processor. Fusse bits are not set. They must be such as it is set manufacturer.

Never touch the fuses because cant read or write the fuses. I have one smd and dip, not new, already try program them and fail.
