defect in wolkabout delux (future 2003\5) plz help

hi, i have wolkabout delux future 2003/5 & i have problem on device, when i turn it on i can show the menu but i can't chose With the keys Previous operating mode and Next operating mode i ' can't select every single operating mode. keypad not work .
