Final stage noise

Some scope pictures of differentiator out. Don't remember seeing pictures of final stage noise of other detectors. Is waveform what I should expect, amplitude not important. Can anyone post some pictures for comparison?

Coil pickup and amplifier noise. Tx Mosfet off.

Thanks for the reply. Have see different cut off frequencies used in post filtering, both low pass and high pass. Including a spice simulation stepping frequency and pulse time on. Is there a better input signal to test with? Circuit has a DC gain of 1000 with 1000pps and 10us sample time. How is best cutoff frequency determined? Comments or suggestions appreciated.
