Need a 1985 #11676 tesoro silver sabre vlf discriminator wiring schematic

Fellow treasure hunters.


I need a 1985 #11676 Tesoro silver sabre (color If possible) wiring schematic, my battery wires were pulled loose by accidental dropping of a full battery pack, and need the wiring diagram for solder repair.

The unit was bought new In 85, misplaced and I can't find mine.

I have what SVEN1 sent me, and a colored version would be very helpful, but It has to be 1985 #11676 Tesoro silver sabre VLF discriminator model actual wiring schematic color picture, so I can try and make sense of It.

Thanks for sending the schematics to me, I appreciate that, but I can't make out the black and white diagrams It's clear but Greek to me, the colored cutlass picture was helpful and worth a thousand words but not my unit.

Does your unit have a two sided circuit board, in other words, do you see foil tracks runnning between components on top and bottom (both sides) of the printed circuit board? If so, then there are pics of this board here on the forum. I will dig them up and post for you.

It would be a big help if you can put a photo or two of your unit's circuit board.

If your circuit board is like this one, then the batt, wires connect as shown in photo.

If your circuit board is like this one, then look at red/ black battery wires on the left of the first pic. The second pic is of the same board, except it's the original tesoro.
Now beyond this, if you require a complete rewiring of your unit because of busted wires all over the place, then you'll have to post photos of your troubled device.

I included the Cutlass II, big plastic brown box as it shared the same board with the Silver Sabre II, minus some parts that might be good for reference.
