Harbor Freight offers two China metal detectors. 5 function and 9 function. You can download the manuals, the manels have have schematics with a parts lists in them.

That detector has more model designations thans I have hairs on my butt. I have the very same machine but it's called an MD-3006SS, I got it from Accurate Locators for about $40.00 several years back.

I just put it back together after having the board out to try to trace out the circuits for a schematic, but it was giving me headaches so I quit and put her back together. Maybe I'll try again later.
