A friend took the transducers to work and tested them on an O-Scope. This procedure was different than the procedure used by Dan Fountain.
Dan tested his in the water prior to potting the transducers. The way we did it we are now able to pot them prior to taking it to the water ... 2.5 hour drive.
If anyone is interested, I'll ask Garrett to post the exact procedure he used.
Leesons learned on cutting Delrin/PVC pipe ... use a chop saw and not a band saw.
