Yes. Any type of dust can be hazardous to your health, but especially dusts with heavy metals such as barium or led, even in the oxidized form of titanate. Wet grinding techniques are a lot better than dry techniques, but even so, a fabric mask is recommended. If you're been exposed to lots of dust, or plan to grind the piezo discs on a regular basis, my sources recommend getting a heavy metal test as a baseline and then get tested every year. If you don't grind the stuff very often and take measures to reduce the amount of dust, a mask may be sufficient.
