Magnetometer and side scan together

Just a quick question, anyone??

Can you tow a proton magnetometer alongside a Burton sidescan or will they interfere with each others signals?

The Burton will most likely cause false readings on the proton magnetometer.
This can be solved by towing the proton behind the Burton. (several meters). But this must be tested, as I dont think it will be any default answer to this.
