New commercial design

I hesitated much to post this here.
Yet... on second though; why not?
After all; this is the best possible place for such matters.
I am starting commercial md design.
The very first one real commercial design in my life.
I will need skilled and conversant expert(s) for writing and working on code for Microchip or Atmel, or both, that's negotiable.
I think it would be advance if one is from Serbia or neighbor countries, yet it's not huge obstacle if that is not the case.
Also i will need skilled and conversant expert(s) in md designing too.
Must point again that it is strictly commercial design and therefore details can not be disclosed publicly.

I am ready to cooperate with everyone. But problem is language barrier, because i am not very familiar with Russian nor Ukrainian language.
Ok i can understand word or few from common everyday conversation; but that's not good enough for this kind of cooperation.
If nn-coil can talk and write English; than it is possible we to start talking about project.
In that case KT315 you can connect us.
As long as we focus only to tech stuff.

No i can't do that. It is intellectual product of somebody else - not mine.
I can't make it commercial than.
This time i really mean business, my idea is aimed to whole world market.

I don't like "Open source" based ideas... to many witnesses in such case!

Thanks for your trust, but this time my knowledge will not be enough.
Project is rather complex and need team of experts.
If it depends only on me; almost certain it will fail.
That's why i am asking for cooperatives.
