Measured TC for a piece of poster board painted with graphite paint. TC about .4us. Wonder if put some pieces of #32 copper wire where the lines are(picture shield2)maybe 7 total. Then add some 1/8inch masking tape strips across the wire to hold them down before painting. Then remove the tape. Would it lower the TC. What would happen if another layer was added so the painted strips overlapped? Thinking only the top layer is connected to circuit. Repeat opposite side of coil. Probably will try it, wondering if anyone has tried something similar or has some other suggestion.

Was thinking fattened #9 lead shot I tested awhile back would have a lower TC than the round. Didn't

    Other suggestions?
There exists a graphite paint with MUCH lower surface resistivity; I recall in the 5 Ohms per square range, rather than the 'normal' 1000 - 5000 Ohms per square. This could be used in place of the copper wire.
