  • SWAPING TWO IC (LM 709)

At this moment i don't have the LM 709 IC, but i have the MAA 501, MAA 502 and MAA 503...

Some body said me few months ago that this IC are equivalent.

    Is thuth ?????

Have somebody the specifications of the MAA 50* in pdf or another format.

Thank for all, and sorry for my bad english

    LM 709

See Proscan PI schematic here. The 709 can be replaced by the MAA501

      So good

But i saw that the gain is very slow in this configuration.

In others design is used more gains

Maybe that MAA 501 is not exactly equivalent to LM 709.

I make the cuestions for that i am making a design that use a LM 709 y i am using a MAA 501 but this circuits produce a oscilation of about 0.2 volts peak to peak an about 2 MHz. I mount the circuit in a protoboard, maybe this have relation with that problem.

      Thank,

Of those you listed the MAA503 has closer characteristics to the LM709.

And this op amp can be sustitute of lm709????

I saw the specifications of the LM318 op amp and this chips has very good feature.

                  thank

                    LM709 Direct Replacements!

                    nncunew;
What I do when I want to know what a part ### is to I just TYPE in the Number/Code into GOOGLE and then go to the Manufactures website and look at the datasheets there! Then I use the different Semiconductor Cross References listed Below to find Replacements on the different Manufactures websites. I have been able to find a Price Range on a LM725 of $2.50 to $12.00 each. Here are some resources that you may not know about.
