I NEED TO TRANSMITER 455KH SINOS FREQUENCY WHIT HIGHT WATT AND GOOD Amplitude THAT OUT PUT LOOP(COIL) . Like TRANSMITER IN T/R LOCATOR.
PLEASE CAN ANY ONE HELP ME.THIS REQUEST IS IMPORTANCE .

Ok...if you REALLY insist!

Put Q2 on heatsink. Coil > 3 ohms. Use 12V / 4Ah least. 2N3904 is best choice for Q1.

Q2 possible substitutions: BUX11,BUX12,2N3773.....
Q1 base NOT CONNECTED, don't worry, it is ok. It acts as special diode.
MUR420G is 4A,200V ultrafast switching diode. Use any simillar.
Coil is 1mH-1.2mH. According to given inductance you can make coil any shape and size you need. Limitation would be coil resistance. It should be 3> ohms.
