-i think you and Orbit speak abaut white idx pro TURBO modified by Bill with texas electronics agreement and sell it only in germany .i read abaut it.goes to a 1 euro coin more then 50 cm.but its not a stock idx.

please don't misunderstand me and don't create unjustified trouble.

We have to work together so everyone gets better treasure hunting results or technical information.

Otherwise this forum is obsolete anyway. Technical informations and no assumptions, rumors and everything watering (diluting) opinion-smalltalk.


OK, fine, now we know you wanna hunt for small stuff.

In this case you really should find a detector with 15-20cm coil
or you modify the coil of the Pirate Black-Devil / create own one.


Thank you for the video clip. It looks fine but under real conditions
you either have to hunt extremly slow, carefully and while listening to the slightest changes and at low mineralized sites.
And even if you do so you will lose 75% of sensitivity.

Your video is fine but you will not recognise those "borderline"-signals under real conditions.


The best test is if you go for a real treasure hunt and check out:
what is the depth and size of those finds that you will get with a weak signal.

I don't know if it is possible with the Black-Devil but you may shift/mod the motion-circuit into direction of non-motion and add a reset-button!


And of course now I can tell you what detector may deeper for small stuff as the Black Devil:

As example a Pulse Induction with small coil! Can you modify PI?
Do you need discrimination?
