how do these laminaters adjust for the thickness of the pcb, is it a spring loaded roller system ?

took a chance and went out and got a bog standard elcheapo laminater, and this idea looks like it may work, ran a blank piece of double sided 1.8mm PCB through the machine, took it easily, it came out very hot, will try with some wax paper which I've been useing with the wife's iron and laser printer, thanks for the tip.

there is a type of hot laminators, they are build for laminating pouches over 150micron thickness (temperature over 170 degree celsius)
most of these hot laminators have an additional temperature control
        so look for these type
by myself i use the olympia a2020, and paper for art printing (sealed paper)
with these method you can transfer the layout and part printing on top side of pcb

will post picture as soon i am home

          Hi
The rollers are spring loaded and handle PCB thickness, although sqweek a bit whilst running through theres no problem.
