Technical Errors

1. DFX schematic shown on the front cover, but it mentions White's XLT inside.
2. Page 38 – Fig. 4-5 – Off-resonance probe has incorrect pin numbers on IC3. These should be VDD=8, VEE=4, INV=3, NINV=2 and OUT=7. The PCB layout is correct.
3. Page 100 - First derivative should be dX/dt = Aw cos(wt), and second derivative should be d^2x/dt^2 = -Aw^2 sin(wt).
