Hi I am trying to build MPP REV E step by step. It seems okay to me until I reached step 8.

Hey all, I'll get straight to it. I've got MPP issues.
I followed the guide, and everything was working as intended, testing each stage as per the guide, unit's completed but all I get a slow "click click click click click" from the thing, when i put a pair of pliers on the coil... -

I am enjoying the MPP vers E with various mods, especially from KRinAZ.
I find the build instructions great and the way the 555 timer has been implemented for making the variable pulsing signals

recently i was working on miniPulse plus rev-D, i build the circuit and did air test every thing was just fine except i encountered an expected problem when i did soil test. the problem was the detector have strong response to the soil. of course this problem is not issue when i move... -
Modified Mini Pulse Plus for Sale
This is one of my MPP builds that I modified using KRinAZ mods. It is set to run with a 300uH coil and delay can be set as low as 7us. I was looking up and down for information about the coil.
The information in the PDF for building the PCB is very very nice - but the coil was totally left out.
I have all wave forms exactly as described in the documentation, but my build only detects a big 2 Euro... -
