not from 4024. they run to lm358. somebody changed bipolar caps (electrolitics) 4.7uF on two 2.2uF ceramics.
good way for too poor russian guy not having access to bipolar caps.

          Precious metals in KM condensers

Use in condensers of such materials as palladium, platinum and silver is caused by production requirements and has a rationale.
Structurally condensers are made of ceramic dielectric with the thin film of metal (a condenser facing) applied on it from two parties. Technical and operational characteristics of the condenser depend on the chosen material of dielectric and facings.
As dielectric use special ceramics on the basis of titanate of calcium, zirconium and barium. Technologies allow to receive superthin layers of dielectric and to bring together them in sandwiches. It provides low electric conductivity, capacities of condensers from shares of picofarads and rated voltage in the wide range.
As facings of ceramic condensers use palladium, platinum and silver. This group of metals is steady against effect of sulfides, prevents oxidation when roasting and considerably increases temperature stability of capacity of condensers. Provides rated values of capacity with the set deviations, the predicted TKE, minimizes values of parasitic parameters, reduces influence of external factors, increases durability and reliability.
Depending on the applied technology of putting metals on dielectric, use and the maintenance of one of these precious metals in facings of condensers varies. At production requirements of high temperature of roasting of ceramics use of silver is limited and palladium and platinum is more used.
So the content of palladium in electrodes of ceramic monolithic condensers reaches 78-95%. And from the mass of all condenser the content of platinum can reach 0,6%, and palladium up to 7%.
Curious information: it appears, from all volume of palladium which is necessary for electronic industry, the share of the palladium used for production of ceramic condensers can reach 60%.
Taking into account that production technologies of condensers accustomed consistently, proceeding from technical requirements, and the maintenance of these precious metals in condensers has to depend, both on the plant, and of a year of their production.
As it was already told above, the maintenance of ceramic condensers in the fulfilled electronic equipment can reach 20% of quantity of components, and in some products — above. A problem of processing of waste of electronic industry today — actually unresolved problem. In this regard, in the market there is rather large number of the offers urging to collect and hand over electronic devices, unsuitable to operation.
On the KM ceramic condensers lists with the signs defining type of condensers and their approximate value are made. The contents of these "lists" can differ from each other, but the community of certain parameters by which it is possible to determine the value of this or that type of the KM condenser is traced.

I need your help again! I saw that this guy used electrolytic capacitors for the 470n.
Is this a soviet type too? I guess not.

Should i use elctrolytic capacitors for this or is this a polyester capacitor?

I hope the space between the parts is enough.

Yes lead spacing is 15mm in the layout. Maybe axial.
Ok then i will make the spacing smaller and i gonna use normal poly caps.

The silk on that PCB does NOT indicate Electrolytic caps which would have polarity marked.
The older High Quality poly caps were axial and pretty large which is what was probably used.

Make the board double-sided. For example, here's how:

Use this mounting Size and Take the highest voltage Rating and lowest tolerante. For example 400v 1%

It was double sided before and smd. I want to make it as small as possible to save space.

400v capacitor is possible when i mount it at the bottom side , but it will increase the height.

Im almost done, i only need to mirror the transistors which is very tricky.

I replaced the capacitors with 470n,100V, lead spacing 5mm

While your layout may look good all shrunk, I would suggest you print it then place real components through paper holes and test if they fit.

As an example the IC footprint may look ok, but will a socket fit and let other components fit beside it ?

Yes , i will make it like that. I still need to make the space around the ICs bigger. Unfortunately i dont have the footprint for a socket in sprintlayout.

Mirroring the transistors is easy because the 2N2222 and the 2N2907 have their pins in a row.

Im not sure about the two 4,7uF electrolytic capacitors and their direction at the 4024.
One side is at GND but is this a negative voltage?

I think im ready. I still need the orientation of the 4,7u electrolytic capacitors.

One capictor is smd. I need the value of it.

I will maybe make more space where the lf353 is. I tried sockets, they should fit.
