Very good. Suggestion: Maybe use a momentary push button for S1. "PUSH TO TEST"

This is good tester for "good/bad". I like it very much for testing salvaged part or batch of op amps. I would place S1 on pcb.
Ground can remain connected. Only battery + need switch.

The schematic shown in post #10 has to be powered by two separate batteries with a common 0V, as it does't include any means of holding a 0V rail midway between the + and - rails. So each battery needs its own switching pole.
The design could be run from a single supply with a single pole switch if a potential divider plus op amp buffer was added to create an artificial 0V.

Gwil, i have all kind of the switches. so i take it in my hand and check by tester on-connection. yup, you are right.
i set 6 pin switch. look above i gave a link on this tipo and look last schematic with this switch.
