  • Stuart real schematic

    I make the pcb as it is on geotech1 but it does not work until I toutch the collector of tr3 beeps rapidly vr1 and vr2 does nothing when I turn them I heard there are some bugs but I don't have enough knowlege to find out what is wrong so please if anyone have a real working schematic I will be very greatfull
    Note:
    I used A719 transistor in TR3
    And c1815 in TR2
    A1015 in TR4
    BC212 in TR5
    25khz cristal
    Vr2 80 k ohm

                  pins 12 and 13 of IC1 should be joined on pcb layout. They are not. Also tranistors tr2 and tr3 emitter base collector are mislabelled on parts layout diagram. The scematic is correct. I built this some time ago and it works. Use 32Khz crystal if you can get one. Salvage one from an old clock. 25 Khz will adversly affect the sample timing.

                    Does this statement for this detector refer either to another? There is no crystal here! If I correctly see from the link (stuart1_300.pdf) pin 12 and 13 of IC1 are properly connected.

                      lool clock oscillator part. youll see clearly the quartz resonator 40kHz.

                              if anyone can give me the correct pcb I dont want to tell me the transistors are mislabelled how can I fix them
