A quality PI that handles hot ground & discrim fe
Hi Guys,
if anyone wants a truly deepseeking PI that handles hot ground, goes very deep and can discriminate iron easily, go for a Goldscan 5b. Eric Foster has made a terrific unit here, great not only for gold nuggets but is really good for discriminating against iron/steel.
Easy to get huge depths with mono coils made by Coiltek or Nuggetfinder.
The 24X12 UFO mono is a favourite of mine. A standard copper penny is easily heard at more than 24 inches of soil. With the 25 inch round mono,
the depth is increased by up to 25% more! To my mind, this is the best PI for
all round use. I reckon only the Pulse Devil may beat it if the rumours are true!
