You can calculate depth by formula:

(C1 + C2)
____________ = D (cm)

(C1 - C2)

D = depth (cm)
C1= circumference of coil (cm)
C2= circumference of target (cm)

But none of them did not work very well. I just want to create a good MACHIN I own.

hello mesyna64, thanks, but i cant be you teacher ( profesor ) because my field isnt in metal detectors building or conventional whit plate, but i am in beginer experimentation on lrl only for little object, so i cant help, i think on your questions, you should build only one each, not change for many, first try exaustly an only project, then step for step, make question to expert md makers, im not enginer electronic, but novicie entusiast, excusme, i cant help, i send to you an embrace, take calm patiente, take you rest, this work are of calm, pulse star is good, too delta pulse, in mini version, i have understand what pi are bad for right discrimination in soil mineralized, major may be lorenz, but not make easy, two box arent for discrimination, but stable, may be original of mineoro two box is good, may be not discriminate, too you can guard the possible area in time of first rains, seeing light blue may be is gold, light blue clear may be is silver, light red may be iron, too many metal can light change, treasure may be isnt where you look the light but near may be two or 3 mts, or less, then make comprobation whit distinct two boxsm two box not work good in mineralized or alcaline soils, but neutral, too can try whit old portable radio multi band, to trepasing the area in croix whit bad tune, the reception increse or decrese, can try whit magnetometer, here exist little diference of polarization, but isnt discriminative, too can try whit an very sensible compas, put this on piece of wood, and two anten of radio near, on wood, then push anten to compas imbalance, you travel in croix, and see if exist little repetitive change, put the square wood whit telescopic anten whit compas in center, in near contact whit soil, may be this last simple tegnic work how magnetometer, if not put near an little variable oscillator whit 555 whit buried coper needle in area, or other foint of sparks, exist other rudimentary tegnic but i am only electronic lrl amateur , best whises, jajaj, but hunt treasure isnt good in nearbly of inminent world destruction major want to GOD these is best treasure, you go to paradise whit home of smeralds and jewels
