Guys I urge you stop the attacks as there are only few people left sharing out their own ideas freely.
Who is main transgressor of personal attacks here on forum, always with political innuendo, calling people idiots and dummies. Who?
When others are defending themselves from such diatribe, then and only then does someone else come along to say cool it.
As if this is some affirmation of why so many people no longer actively participate on forum. Poppycock.
Attacking/Defending - these words have no purpose in forums like this one or I thought so.
The truth is most interesting topics are the older ones where people used to share valuable info that does really help the hobby.
Returning to topic, after examining the schematic a little more intensely, I noticed that NE7555 audio chopper is VCO circuit? No, it looks like it's configured as monostable, triggered by pin 6 of 4538. I don't think that I've seen this before on other pulse circuits. Would this be to keep everything nice and synchronized? This schematic is all over the place. The schematic must be redrawn. And no layout.
No YouTube video to demonstrate performance? No testing on real ground?
Nothing but unverified schematic with little or no description of parameters, timings etc.
No thanks. This one will need a lot of work.
The rest were defenestrated through the Overton window
I miss so many people here.
Actually, hardly anyone from the Geotech forum gets thrown out the window. The number that have been banned over the years is less than a handful, and they really had to try hard to get kicked out. The reality is that people come and go all the time. The majority are lurkers, and never post anything. Some are what other forums would call leeches, but many just feel that they don't have anything to contribute.
