Literally ALL wireless keyboards&mice are using it to pair with host computer and establish data transfer.

Above all; Alain Loube wrote me a email and explanation that they were forced to write completely new protocol for NRF, because of the known latency issues in such transmission.
I got that email 4-5 years ago. Much older than ML ever think on filing any patent or lawsuit.

I guess there are several reasons.
First one is huge fire that destroyed several thousand units or so... great damage (maybe caused exactly by ML mercenaries?... anything possible in neoliberal capitalism folks!)
Next good reason is sudden deal with Middle East dealer&trader for 100 000 customized units! (pushed ML completely out of market there)
Must be other similar reasons more.

why i ask is i am trying to work out how well the battery is doing in my second-hand 13"x11" coil that i resonantly bought.

Consumption depends on adjustments.
That's why is hard to tell exactly.
For example; TX power can be adjusted from "1" to "3".
Also adjustment on "Sense" can affect consumption too; simply because when it is adjusted too high; it is producing constant mum chatters in speaker.
Speaker response affects power drain at audio output. And so on... and so on.
Also, consumption is different if you use headphones instead remote unit. Or using both but listening audio only on one... or both.
There are numerous combinations of the way how you can use XP Deus and also how you can adjust it.
That's from where it comes to different consumption charts.
